Drawing inspiration from the interior design and colour scheme, The Waterways branding is fun and engaging, representing the student atmosphere. It has also seen great success on social media and in marketing materials.

Scope of Work

290 cluster and studio bedrooms, corridors, lift lobby, entrance, reception, management suite, games room, yoga room, study room, gym, cinema room, communal toilet, communal kitchen and lounge. 

Deliverables

Creative direction, branding, signage look and feel, layout optimisation, FF&E selection, finishes selection, detailed drawings, CGIs, site visits and dressing.
