Bibiana is Formato's founder and director and has dedicated the last two decades to the creative industry, working as a graphic and interior designer and illustrator in the UK and internationally across Europe and South America.

 

For the past eight years, Bibiana has been a Director and Head of Design, first at Upcircle and now at Formato. Her experience includes a variety of projects and companies, including Marks & Spencer, Daily Mail, Asos, Matches Fashion, TK Maxx, Pai Skincare, Harrods, and Body Shop.

 

She has also handled numerous client accounts for agencies such as Hogarth Worldwide, Brands2Life, Livity, Borne, and Investis.

 

Bibiana is passionate about art and creativity. She collaborates to surpass client expectations and cares deeply about the projects she undertakes, alongside the positive impact they can have on society and the environment.
